OPEN ARMS Behavioral Health is owned and operated by Ricardo Jerez, Ph.D., LPC, Clinical and Executive Director.

Dr. Jerez holds a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of Oklahoma.  He is a Retired Associate Professor and graduate of Cameron University.  Since 1992, Dr. Jerez has offered his counseling services to individuals and families of Southwest Oklahoma.
